Model UN

BCA's Model UN team prepares students to attend the High School National Model United Nations Conference. To prepare, students meet weekly to research their assigned country and topics in preparation for the conference. At the conference, students collaborate with over 4,000 students from around the world over 4 days to try and solve major world problems. 

 

BCA Model UN team members have had the unique experience to meet UN delegates to discuss major world problems in their countries, visit the UN, and meet other students from all over the world. In addition students strengthen their public speaking, research skills and their knowledge of current issues.

 

BCA's Model UN team looks for motivated students who are excited to participate in the conference, work with a team of other ambitious students, and are self motivated to do research.
