Principal's Message

Welcome to Bronx Collegiate Academy. We are a small high school, in the Taft Educational Complex, committed to preparing students for the rigor of college and becoming emerging community leaders.

At Bronx Collegiate Academy, we are proud to foster a community of students, teachers, staff and families, where everyone supports each other to find success. We are proud to help students carve out their own space at BCA and create a school that best serves them. In this past year we have aided students in creating their own after school programs, student-run businesses and successfully run their own school-wide assemblies.

In addition, we are centered on creating an educational experience that supports all students at BCA. With specific educational programs such as an honors program, a strong ESL program, college courses, and many of our courses being co-taught with both a general educator and special educator, we are able to curate a schedule to fit the specific needs of all students who attend our school.

We have an open door policy at Bronx Collegiate Academy. We invite parents and guardians to visit our school, attend classes and discuss anything they would like to see at BCA to make our community stronger. As Bronx Collegiate Academy is a small school, we are lucky to holistically know the students and families at our school to create our BCA family, creating a connection that will last beyond 4 years of high school.
