US History
US History | In this course, students will explore the major themes, events, people, and legislation that have shaped the history of the United States. Students will analyze primary and secondary sources of differing perspectives and then make evaluative arguments and judgments both orally and in writing in response to historically based questions. The primary focus of this course is to allow students the space to think critically about American history and work on historiography skills. This course culminates in June with the United States History and Government Regents Exam.
