11th Grade Global History
11th Grade Global History | Global II is the second year of a two year sequence in Global History. In 11th grade, students will study world history from the 1700s until current times to see how historical events and movements have sculpted our society into what it is today. In addition to learning content material for global history, students will develop their historical thinking skills through reading primary and secondary sources, developing essays and debating controversial issues. By the conclusion of the course, students will be able to both read and think critically in a historical context. This course culminates in June with the Global History and Geography Regents Exam.
