BCA Fashion Week in Google Classroom

BCA Fashion Week

After choosing a model from "MODEL BIOS" and reading their description, think about what your model will wear on different occasions. (Be mindful of your model's age, job and how much money they make–what they can afford) Choose any mannequin from "BODY TEMPLATES" to trace woman/man onto paper THEN design your outfits OR freehandedly create your looks. See "CLOTHING TEMPLATES" for outfit ideas.

*Task #1
For Look #1: What will your model wear to WORK? (Submit a complete outfit of what your model will wear to WORK only-if your model does not work what would they wear to a business meeting?) LABEL OUTFIT as" Look 1" because we have 3 more looks to go.

Each look is worth 25 points, with all 4 potentially adding up to 100 points for this project.

Color Wheel Creation in Google Classroom

Color Wheel Creation

Upload a picture of your completed Color Wheel. See attachments for a description, video and example of the assignment. Make sure picture is taken in an area where there is light.

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
Colored pencils: red, yellow, blue, orange, purple, green (the primary + secondary color together will make the tertiary color)
OR
Paint: red, yellow, blue (these three colors alone will make the secondary and tertiary colors)
(Crayons and markers are accepted as well.)

Tips: To create secondary colors when painting use equal amounts of both colors. (1/2 yellow + 1/2 red = orange)
To create tertiary colors, use more of one color until you have successfully created the color you need.
(3/5 red + 2/5 orange = red-orange)

PAINTING IS TRIAL AND ERROR. You might not get the exact color you want on the first try. It's ok. Try again.

Reach out if you need help.
