Diagnostic Medicine
Diagnostic Medicine | This course, the first in the FRNYC Pre-Nursing and Diagnostic Medicine Pathways, introduces students to the principles and practices of medical diagnostics, including patient assessment, laboratory testing, and medical imaging. Students will explore careers in diagnostic medicine, examine ethical and legal responsibilities, and develop foundational skills through case studies and hands-on learning. The course emphasizes independent work, research, and critical thinking to prepare students for postsecondary study and careers in health sciences.
